We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Task Reviewer to join the AdvitCare Rewards Program team. In this full-time role, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring the integrity and quality of our program by accurately and efficiently reviewing submitted tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent judgment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a fair and consistent experience for all participants.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and evaluate submitted tasks against a set of predefined requirements and guidelines.
Verify that all submissions are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
Approve or reject submissions and provide clear, constructive feedback to users when needed.
Identify and report any recurring issues or patterns of abuse to the team.
Collaborate with the program management team to refine task requirements and review processes.
Maintain accurate records of all reviews and decisions during hours worked.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
We may request additional information such as CSEC, GED, depending on your country
Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
Strong sense of fairness and sound judgment.
English language skills
Native, conversational or business levels
Foreign languages not required, but is a plus
Proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
Starting Salary
$10 USD per hour (after tax)
