Freelance Wildlife & Nature Photographer

We are seeking a talented and ethical freelance photographer to help us build a foundational library of high-quality, open-source images for our upcoming subsidiary, AdvitCare OpenSource. We are preparing to launch a new initiative and need a professional who can capture compelling images of the natural world to support our platform's visual content.

Project Overview:

• Project Type: A one-time or ongoing project to acquire a portfolio of images to be released under a specific open-source license. The images will be used to enrich our platform and provide a free resource to the open-source community.

• Subject Matter: We are looking for high-resolution photographs of wildlife in their natural habitats and diverse natural landscapes. Emphasis will be placed on authenticity and ethical photography practices.

• Deliverables: A specified number of fully edited, high-resolution images, with appropriate metadata and a signed release for open-source use.

• Timeline: We are aiming to build our content library over the next few months, so we are open to immediate project proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Capture stunning, authentic images of wildlife and nature that align with our brand and project goals.

• Conduct all photography ethically, without disturbing or harming animals or their habitats.

• Use professional-grade equipment to produce high-quality, technically sound images.

• Perform post-production edits and organize the final deliverables with clear metadata.

• Work with our team to understand the open-source licensing model and sign an agreement for the images to be released for public use.

Qualifications:

• Proven professional photography experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in wildlife and nature photography.

• A deep respect for and understanding of ethical wildlife photography practices.

• An understanding of or willingness to learn about open-source licensing models (e.g., Creative Commons).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Starting Salary

• $30 USD per finalized and accepted image (after tax)
