Freelance Sketcher / Drawing Artist – AdvitCare OpenSource

We are seeking a creative freelance artist to help us build a library of high-quality, original drawings for our open-source project, AdvitCare OpenSource.

Project Overview:

• Project Type: Creating a portfolio of visually engaging, diverse drawings. These illustrations will be used across our website, social media, promotional materials, and for commercial purposes under an open-source license.

• Subject Matter: High-quality drawings of anything. Examples include people, animals, creatures, places, characters, etc.

• Deliverables: Any amount of finalized, high-resolution digital drawings, along with a signed release agreement granting all commercial rights to AdvitCare OpenSource.

• Timeline: This initial project is to be completed over the next few weeks, with the strong potential for ongoing collaboration as our visual needs expand.

Rights & Usage (Important Information):

Please note that by submitting artwork for this project, you agree that the illustrations will be released under an open-source license.

• Commercial Rights: You will transfer all commercial rights to AdvitCare OpenSource. AdvitCare retains the right to reuse, modify, and sell the artwork without any additional royalties or financial compensation owed to the artist beyond the initial payment per image.

• Attribution: You will retain naming rights; you will be credited as the original artist whenever feasible.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling drawings.

• Ensure all artwork is original and not generated by AI. AI-generated images are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.

• Sign and provide the necessary release agreements transferring commercial rights for open-source and public use.

• Organize and deliver the final digital files in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Any experience as a sketcher, illustrator, or drawing artist.

• Ability to capture and use creativity authentically.

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, open-source licensing models and copyright transfer.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Compensation:

• $5 USD per finalized and accepted drawing (after tax).
