Freelance Poet Needed

We are seeking creative, passionate writers to contribute short-form poetry to our upcoming open-source project, AdvitCare OpenSource. We believe that technology and art can coexist, and we are looking for unique voices to help us build a library of original poems. Your work will be a part of a community-driven platform and made available for free use under an open-source license.

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity. We are looking for short poems (no more than 10-15 lines) that explore all themes.

Project Overview:

• Subject Matter: The subject of your poem is entirely up to you. We welcome work about anything, from the beauty of nature and everyday life to personal reflections and abstract concepts. We encourage you to be creative!

• Deliverables: You will submit original, previously unpublished poems for review. We will notify you if a poem is accepted for publication.

• Timeline: This is an open-ended project. You can submit poems at any time, and we will review them on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Write original, short-form poems. All submissions must be your own work and not generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

• Submit your work in a digital format for review (PDF, Docx).

• Agree to the terms of the open-source license, allowing your accepted poems to be used freely by the public.

Qualifications:

• A passion for creative writing and poetry.

• The ability to write concise and impactful short-form pieces.

• A portfolio or examples of previous work are a plus but are not required.

Starting Salary

• $2 USD per finalized and accepted image (after tax)

We receive a large volume of submissions, and while we appreciate every single one, not all poems may be accepted at this time. We strongly encourage you to keep writing and to not give up! There will be future opportunities, and we value every contribution to our community.
